A better explanation would be great. The benefit package was very vague and didn't really answered some of the questions. I had no clue who to call.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The factor that you can express yourself no matter what you are and everybody accepts you. We have taken it to the point where we have added pronouns to our name tags. Employees love it.
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing my employees smiling happy talking among each other, creating a very easy to go atmosphere. Gm and myself fight very hard for our employees and in return they do a wonderful job for us. It's a family
