The management is a joke.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need to actually do their job and when they don’t, there need to be repercussions.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
They need to get rid of the lazy, rude employees that sit around and complain all day.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe that the cashiers and cooks work very hard, we are the backbone of the company and we get paid very poorly. Bonuses and more regular raises would make the job more worth the effort.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
There is no leadership. The manager does nothing about anything. Coworkers do whatever they want, they’re lazy, close the store early against policy and are outright rude but the manager is lazy and refuses to do anything.
