Actually working. HR actually answering the phones and people do what they are supposed to do

Micromanager for a manager. Corporate staff refuses to do the job they are paid to do
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
A lot of spoiled kids that do whatever they want and even though you are hired to manage, you are not allowed to because the manager is a micro manager
