We all get along pretty well.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We all tend to try our best to help one another.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I just don't understand why multi-billion dollar corporations won't pay their employees a living wage.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I already knew my store manager, as we had a prior working relationship a few years ago.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I'm tired. And in poor health. I just want to retire, but it'll be at LEAST another 11 years until I am able to do so. I'll be 67, then, if I live that long.
