The company itself and the store are professional. The store manager either needs to be replaced or improved. Otherwise I do enjoy working there.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Manager refuses to find a replacement or fill in if an employee calls in sick. It can be improved if they were to follow their policies of being a store manager.
