The customers are friendly, my staff is amazing, and the management team communicates effectively.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Communication is extremely solid. Everyone always known what is expected of them and respects their superiors.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like that my unused vacation and sick time from last year rolled over. It has helped me out a lot.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love the days when I work with certain coworkers of course, but overall I enjoy going in, getting things done, and seeing progress in the store.
