The health benefits are very nice
The environment with my coworkers and lower management is fantastic, but it is majorly hindered by a gm that is verbal abusive and horrible to the staff
Improving the gm and staff interaction would definitely. The work environment would be one hundred percent better if employees were not agitated and or sacred by the gm. Some coworkers have even expressed suicidal thoughts spurred on or suggested by the gm
Once I actually got to have an interview the process was easy. The hard part was getting the management to respond beforehand to set up and interview. As an employee I've repeatedly seen the hiring manager ignore and complain about people calling to set up interviews
It's a mixed bag, some of my co-workers are fantastic and work to improve our team; however, there are a select few terrible people on our team and they get favoritism from our gm. I'm not saying that just due to the perceived favoritism, those select few literally do not do their jobs
The lower leadership is great; however, our general manager is horrendous. She treats most of the employees like dirt while playing favorites to a select few that she lets get away with anything. The way our gm treats most of us is so bad that I've had coworkers broke down, crying due to the gm
