Actually do an interview not just hire them because they are desperate.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Better leadership. We need leaders who show and lead by example we don't need people who don't care about the company. All they do is make sure they have a body there so they don't have to work. They do not train at all.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
To actually have a Manager who cares and is fair. To have someone who actually knows how to be a Manager would be nice. I have been in this business for 30 yrs and this is the first time I have experienced this kind of not caring of your job.
