
The leadership team needs to improve on several things, but the main things are communication with employees, making a schedule in a timely manner, and holding people accountable for any reported instances of harassment
Removal of the favoritism that allows this harassment to be perpetrated needs to be removed. I honestly don't know the best way to solve this issue but at a minimum that change needs to happen.
I feel extremely undervalued at Casey's. I face almost daily harassment from either guests, coworkers, or even the leadership team. No amount of pay and or benefits is worth being devalued on the basis of gender and sexuality on a daily basis.
The main issue for me is the almost daily harassment I face while the leadership team turns a blind eye when i try to report it. What needs to happen is holding people accountable for instances of harassment that are reported rather than ignoring the victim.
