Being dependable and available. Answer the phone. Shift coverage for call ins....etc

More duties....less hours. We need people hired and trained and we need it now

Show up And if your not call in or find shift coverage before you just get someone stuck at work Less talking and phones more work
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Actually call references before you hire them....everyone that's been hired lately has had call in after call in or no call no shows and still have a job that frustrating.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I work my butt off for 600 every 2 weeks because of benefits take 300 off the top. Cant get any state assistance because I make too much they bass my income off of the 900 instead of what I actually take home.
