What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Having people work together but some people work and some people don't some people just stand around that on the cash register it's just a revolving door running outside for brakes this one 20 minute break a day that's just a joke that's only for certain ones not all of them
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I transferred toy different store I got $0.04 raise Whoopi do then I lost my differential pay that's not the only thing last year my raise it took me 3 months before I got it sounds like it's going to be about the same thing this year what what incentive do I have to work managers get theirs on time
