Upper management places impossible standards on employees and store management. Micromanagement is out of control. If I could offer a suggestion the upper management (area, district and above) should form store crews of 6-8, and see if they can accomplish everything needed. Love my job but ots hard.

Positivity and inclusive on goals. Helps keep you hopeful that it will get better.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I am able to get all of our coolers and freezers organized and faced
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Starting wages vary too much. And keeps creeping closer to store leader wages. Store managers should get better compensation when they are exceptional, mine is amazing so is our 1st assistant.
