Sick of feeling like there favoritism and Managment and corporate does not care about there employees

To do there job there getting paid for instead of pushing it off on to someone else that already does all there work plus more
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Yes I do . Managment and corporate has not listin to my compliant I work 5-6 day a week every week and when I ask for help or time off , I just get ignored
