By rewarding those who can get stuff done and actually doing something to make the workplace physically better
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Stop setting too many expectations on employees and micromanaging way too too much. Seems like management and the higher ups only cares bout themselves.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to work with someone who gets stuff done just as I do and wants a better environment like I do. Instead of working alone or with people who are complacent with the sub par work they do.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There’s an obvious gap in those who do work effectively in the workplace and those who dont. Meetings in the paat haven’t solved anything and is really only a slap on the wrists for those who are the problem in the workplace and those who aren’t somehow get punished via loss of privileges or
