What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Everything especially store policy. Everyone does NOT need know what goes on between boss and employees. Not my business who or why someone text or call manager!!
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need proper training not being trained by people who rather be on their phones or out talking/smoking with customers and or boyfriend/ girlfriend.or they leave early for no reason than thinking they can.
