I use to love my job now not so much to many changes all at once no real training for employees, I never know who is in charge. Communication is next to none. Cant keep good workers because of poor management. J love my customers they are th ed reason I stay.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Doing thier job,communication and consistency within the company. I keep hearing well this store does it this way. Same company should be same training.
