As a teachers aide..the opportinity to receive a salary during the summer months while continuing to fo what i love was wonderful

the teachers are great ....the managers are beastly and act like they are kings and we are peasants that should work for free

Our team is a group of like-minded individuals, who definitely want to support the students in the best possible ways, using evidence-based best practices. Our team leaders are helpful and knowledgeable. Our team is well-trained and are energized for the work, and not burnt out.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
i am trying to help kids, but the company just wants money and me to work free
The coworkers and the students.
The fact that no one is burnt out by this work. I have heard in other educational settings that teachers and counselors/social workers get burnt out by the students, leadership and general work. The coworkers and leadership I have interacted with are still energized and believe in this work.

i liked the manager but he quit after 3mos and they told no one
