What is the best part about your compensation package?
401k matching, although I would like more, stock options ( I would like more) bonus 2x a year

I like that they are open to communication. Town Halls are scheduled regularly. The leader of my department holds sharing sessions etc...
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like that the company matches my 401k however I would like to see a larger match particularly for employees age 50+. I like that I got stock options but I would like more. I also like the HSA and opportunity to get $ by using my fitbit etc...
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like that the Executive staff is fairly new. There's a lot of excitement and chatter around growth. I'm a remote employee and was hired during Covid. I felt onboarding was done as best as it could. My colleagues made the difference though making it work and feel accepted.
