50-50 split for compensation. also, it would be better if we were compensated at a higher rate

the experience and the velocity of actions at scale. these are all former executives from some of the largest and best SaaS companies in the market

everyone wants to help each other out even though we are in sales. it is a sales driven organization and you are heard from the top if you want to be. finding time is an option on anyone's calendar
