They are great about taking time off. They want to keep people and help them grow within the company

The vision is clear and they care about want to make sure the team grows in their roles/career and help me achieve those goals

I have found a job I truly enjoy and know I have been achieving in; knowing there is huge potential within the company is what excites me

The pay is nice; and the opportunity for merit based raises is very exciting. I hope that my comp is recognized in a fair way come time for raises.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is willing to drop everything to help each other. My team cares about each other not just in work place but outside of work as well. It feels more as friends than just coworkers. Our team works great together and works in harmony
