Amazing collaboration. Everyone on the team is ready to jump in and help their peers. There is a true desire to see others be successful.

The collaborative spirit on my team. The approachability of our Leadership Team. Each one of our leaders is truly open to having a conversation with anyone at any level.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There is a genuine care about the people at the Executive Leadership level. FinancialForce's Leadership understands that people always come first, then the product, and then the profits. Employees and customers are at the center of every decision.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team always remains accessible and transparent. They care about their employees and it shows in the numerous initiatives to try to promote well-being across the organization. Our CEO is extremely accessible to his employees, and does not impose any hierarchical barriers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I feel like I can be my true-self, be vulnerable, and won't be judged for it. My leadership team and my co-workers care about me as a person, I feel like my work is valued, and I don't feel like a "replaceable" number.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Very collaborative team. There is never one on the team to refuse to help. We all support each other and want to see each other success in achieving our team and individual goals. There is truly a team spirit, despite all of us being remote.
