I only been here a few months but I can say already that my experience is a success. I learned, I'm learning and I'll learn a lot. It's really rewarding. I met great people, I'm feeling trusted, I'm really glad that someone reach out to me and I was looking for a job, I don't regret anything.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My incentive plan is really good. I really feel like I'm being valued by the company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
How welcoming they were when I arrived. How helpful they can be when you need them. How different they all are, is what make it a great team in my opinion.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They are really open-minded. The company is doing a lot for charity, inclusion and all questions that need be dealt with. The environment is really healthy, they really care about their people.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
How easy it is to reach out to them, there's a hierarchy, yet I don't feel like there is. This is a really progressive way of managing. There's always someone to help at any time.
What makes you most happy at work?
My freedom. I can work from home or go to the office. I can work in different languages. I can be active and focus on active tasks but also switch for background work when I need it. I really enjoy being able to mix my days, it allows me no to be bored and to never have the same day.
