The job market is crazy at the moment meaning that the salary ranges in the industry has gone up drastically. It is hard to cope with the current market
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everybody comes from big companies but aim to change their environment by not replicating the harm big tech companies can do to us (in terms of pressure and so on). We are excellence driven, but if you embrace this excellence, if you are willing to learn, be better, then, you're going to fit in.
