Love the leadership in the C Suite as well as the leaders of my team (Solution Engineering - VP and Managers are top notch)

I feel adequately paid for my role. Benefits are good. Unlimited FTO allows flexibility and ample time to be a mom and do my best.

The way the SE team (my team) is run. I feel comfortable learning and asking questions on our team. My bosses (Steve, Linda, Laura) truly have my well-being on their mind and manage my workload well.

Being a part of the SE team is like magic - each person is uniquely different and awesome at what they do. I feel so supported by each of the SE team members + SE Management - everyone is always willing to help with questions - we truly have each other's back.

Each of my coworkers (on the SE team) is a true product/industry expert - each one of us has a unique skillset and we all learn new things from each other. Everyone is always will to help teach and share what they know. All team members (from VP to individual contributors) have each other's back.
