Overall it has a been a great ride. But I have done a lot in my year and a half. I love my coworkers and truly feel I have made a positive impact.

They seem to be transparent and make themselves available for Townhalls.

The intelligence of my team is world class. I trust them and love learning from them.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love the flexibility but I would love to have a formalized program for remote employees to get office time.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like the challenges I solved every day. I'm in my sweet spot in my role. That said, I don't have a true picture on my growth path. I feel very good about the now, but we will see.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I wasn't impressed with my raise this year especially with the state of inflation. It kind of felt like a slap in the face that I was getting congratulated especially when I will make less this year than last year due to cost of living increases.
