The executive team is very strategic and practical in their decision making. Everything is tied back to company success and company culture.

Company has great remote work options and flexible schedule. Benefits are also good for remote employees. Offer internet and other home expense reimbursement.

All very smart in their fields and care about being successful. Everyone legitimately cares about the others and is interested in them as a person.
