This company's work/life balance is realistic and satisfying. The slack channel called #whatmadeyourday is so sweet. Even though we all mostly work remote, that is a simple and efficient way to feel connected to your fellow coworkers. My managers are encouraging and understanding, great leadership.

Their work/life balance values are realistic and make it possible to care deeply about my job while also enjoying my personal life.

They regularly reward or at least recognize those who are doing a good job. Time off is encouraged (FF Family and Friends Days), which helps me fight off burn-out and allows me to put my all back into my work.
