I've never worked with a team that leans on each other and helps each other as much as the CAMs.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They do seem to be very invested in building a great company culture and ensuring that our jobs are safe even with rumors of economic downturn.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think that the company doesn't understand all the work that the CAM team puts in even to add ons and we are barely compensated for them. I also feel that our quotas are very unattainable when the bulk of our account base is portfolio customers that the majority are very unhappy with FF.
