Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As we work through this time pre/post recession. A bump in pay would be amazing to meet comparable market trends. And fall inline with other tech companies that have competitive pay rates.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our team believes in open communication and dialogue. Our deadlines are vocalized and made clear including what the is expected of us. We never walk away not knowing what is expected of us and that makes us better at what we do and how we execute.
