Wonderful. I feel valued as a person, but also like there is plenty to go around. I feel like the people here find ways to lift others up together vs. feel at odds. There is respectful and fearless communication that makes others better towards a mutual goal vs. against each other.
What makes you most happy at work?
The variety of work, the chance to always be learning, feeling like I am contributing.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Willingness to help, listen, and point to the right direction if they don't know the answer themselves.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Real people that do business in a way that is recognizing the people that are at the root of it.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Flexible Time off. Love the Health benefit that I probably wouldn't dedicated time to without the reminder to use that to invest in myself.

This company is just full of good genuine, hard working people that truly care about one another, and our customers. However the company is finding them, it shows.

The servant leadership and passion they have for the business as a whole and the people that make it up - both are important, and both are valued - this is visible in the culture day in and out.

I chose this company because of the culture, the steady experienced and servant leadership style leadership, and the growth opportunity, and wise business strategy. I feel confident in the company, and I feel valued but also like I have opportunity to grow.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Fairly paid, time off is given and valued by the company, the Wellness benefits push me to make sure I am taking care of my health - its a benefit new to me at this company and has been more impactful than I first expected.

Servant Leadership is engraved in everything they do. There is an investment in the company succeeding in the long game by being good people, not just looking at what there is to gain tomorrow, but how that choice is going to affect real people today, tomorrow, and years down the road.

It is just phenomenal - people care, they want to help, they want to get better, they appreciate getting and giving constructive feedback and embrace new ideas and helping each other. They care about your well being and s the company's well being. Taking care of people, will take care of business.
