My coworkers are excellent, but they're all relatively new to the company and their careers. Our team needs more experienced people.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm paid well for my position, but I have to take on additional higher-level duties that I'm not rewarded for. I'm effectively working at a higher position but without the compensation.
