Learning about new business problems and attempting to solve them in creative ways.

They all bring a unique perspective with special skillsets that I can learn from - and they're all willing to share that knowledge with me!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Jealousy is the thief of joy - so I guess ignorance would make me feel better. Either that or a higher base pay equitable to my counterparts.
