It's interesting! The work is challenging on a technical level, and there are always opportunities to grow.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team supports each other, including (but not limited to!) me. Big problems very quickly become small problems because the team are so keen to help.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Servant leadership. It's an awesome environment to learn how to lead, and serve the team. It helps my reports feel comfortable bringing their problems to me, and helps me feel comfortable reporting problems to my manager.
