It's a fantastic company. The business and the executives have great drive and believe in making this business growth and to successfully IPO. The work-life balance in this region (APAC) could be better, we are under resourced and overworked. 7:00 am call or 8:30 pm calls are somewhat expected.

Everybody in my team is driven to deliver their best professionally and personally to both the business/FF and our customers.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The transparency the share about the company's goals, objectives and future plans. The level headedness of our CEO and CFO is absolutely fantastic.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The health cover offered by the company. It would be great if they covered the whole family but FF contributes 75% towards the family which is fanatic and much appreciated. Oracle/NetSuite cover the whole family (100%)
