Supportive. Creative. Strong network, if one does not know the answer we can reach out to anyone that is recommended that may know. There are not fences and walls to overcome.

Regular progress and seeing things change week by week and month to month. Cloud software in this day and age is continually changing and improving and it's fun to work on something that stays fresh.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They communicate a clear picture of the value we wish to provide for our customers. They have a plan, and are continually working on the organizational processes, to deliver and enhance that value. They then continually communicate, course correct, encourage & adjust to both employees and customers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
All things are given a listen, from any and all perspectives. If it improves the atmosphere and can contribute to improving the value we are building, it keeps moving. We have a lot of irons in the fire but each one keeps getting worked on, it's pretty cool!
