The thing that has made me stick around here is: Flexibility of WFH. My previous company did not believe in "Work from home" at all - I put that to "lack of trust in employees". Everyone at FF is willing to help you IF you also do your homework. I have never had anyone say to me.

What makes you most happy at work?
Every day is a happy day. Unless I end up with a "not so nice customer".
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are accessible, transparent in communication and the group itself seems to diverse mix of individuals. Though having more female leaders would be great.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Trust within teams, Flexibility of working hours, mgrs/ exe are down to earth and relatable. I just wish in some aspects though Professional Services org is given the same level of importance/respect as Sales org.
