There are many miscommunications taking place on a daily basis because some teams aren't aware of the full extent of my role and responsibilities.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe that it's unfair that I receive the same benefits as co-workers that just joined the Grad Scheme. When I joined the company, I brought with me multiple years of experience and hard work from related fields.
