My experience is great with FF so far. I love the WFH flexibility and the autonomy to work and learn here. People are also good overall.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Based on my skills and experience I would feel better to be promoted to a Sr Manager position with respective perks within this year.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The best part is the autonomy we have and the WFH flexibility which enables us to put more work hours in as a token on appreciation to the company. There is no micro management which is also great thing to appreciate.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The new leadership team seems to be determined towards corporate growth and to improve client satisfaction. One more thing which i like is they are now focusing to improve processes and push on employee trainings which will be fruitful for the company's business
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
In the current environment people are working pretty isolated there is not much collaboration or shadowing apparently. There is less sharing and guidance which i want to improve on from my end. Many people should act more as a team player and demonstrate better work ethics and professionalism.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love my work in the first place so i am not bored at all. I like what i am doing and i try to further upskill myself to further contribute to the org success. When i see people collaborating efficiently and customers getting better service that's what make me more excited.
