Having only joined the company recently, when I first met my team I felt incredibly welcomed. The team came across as being happy for me that I was joining them, which gave me the initial impression that they are a very close knit group.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
For a company with such a large number of employees, you don't just feel like a number. The way the leadership team addresses the whole company makes you feel like they are talking directly to you and that they care about you as a person.
