I have been provided with a lot of support and training and feel like I've learnt a lot in a relatively short space of time. It was quite the change in career direction for me and very much a learning curve. I feel ready to progress to the next level now and hope that is reflected in my next review.

Open clear communication regarding the status of the company and future initiatives.

How friendly and helpful everyone is. The majority of my team do genuinely care about championing each other.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The amount of support offered, as well as the amount of opportunities to learn more and increase your skills.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There hasn't been any support yet offered with the cost of living crisis or rising inflation. It's effectively been a pay cut due to the rising cost of everything else. Yet we are busier than ever and I find I'm doing even more work and even logging in earlier.
