Respect for the person, the flexibility of working time and facilities for family reconciliation.

Perhaps we would have to take care of each one with their work and monitor that there is not much rotation or talent escape.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Sometimes it is not easy to understand the distribution of salary reviews. People with a lot of experience and time in the company are valued almost the same as the new ones and I think that by time and values to the company that should not be so if you have deserved it.
