We are customer-focused, but we also strive to deliver good-quality code that is maintainable.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The merit cycle does not occur often enough. A lot can change within a year e.g. inflation, job responsibilities, and performance levels. There is no reflection of that throughout the year. In addition, pay rises in the merit scheme have not matched inflation.
