Initially it was the most amazing company I have worked for, since we lost most of our leadership, who were replaced by micro managers it quickly became one of the worst companies I have worked with

Helping the team and second best is the end of the day
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The only thing left that is positive is the PTO and the few remaining old guard FTE's
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership skills... there too much micromanagement and having non-technical managers is hurting the technical team. Support is not Service at FF
What are some of the best things about your team?
The "Old Guard" is dwindling but what is left are SOLID individuals are strive to progressively learn. They know what they need and how to ask for it. (FTE's)
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Management doesn't know what we do or how we do it so they are unable to provide what we need to be successful. Processes set us up to fail, and we are being devalued by having our titles reduced to lower titles than the work we perform when comparing industry standards
