I have had a very positive experience since coming to Certinia. I feel valued, listened to, appreciated, and empowered. My only regret is not taking the leap sooner!

Everything is fairly distributed, and it's a well rounded package. You can tell that our best interests as employees are kept in mind when negotiating benefits.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people. My boss. My team. My co-workers. It's a genuinely fantastic group of people, and I am humbled to be included in this organization.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I absolutely adore my Director. She goes above and beyond to make sure I feel heard, appreciated, and understood. She is quite literally the best boss I have ever had, and I can pledge my longevity under her with confidence.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is indescribable really. I trust them implicitly, we collaborate, encourage, and lift each other up. I've never been on a team that I genuinely care so deeply about, on and off the court! We regularly meet for game nights, happy hour, work together at each others houses, I adore all of them!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They encourage me to critically think, and trust me to do so. This job isn't an 'out of the box' experience. I have the freedom to come up with real time solutions that benefit both the customer, and the company. I see my impact in real time, and am constantly learning and growing in my role.
