Closing enough to make it worth it and the fact that leadership bothers to listen to us when we notice imperfections
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's not forced, and it's been mostly dictated by the employees. As someone who doesn't drink, I also enjoy that our culture is not based around alcohol.
