My bonuses have been great and timely and I love that we get a monthly stipend for wellness so that folks are encouraged to perform self care.

Their openness to helping teams solve big problems and the idea of flat leadership that allows everyone at Certinia to be accessible without too many layers of beauracracy.
What makes you most happy at work?
Collaborating with my teams to solve problems and drive innovation. I love that we have the opportunity to make a big impact in our customer's experience and imagining making someone's life easier down the line makes me super inspired to sit at my desk.

Everyone I work with is intelligent, supportive and kind and I don't think that's an accident! Certinia does an excellent job at choosing the right people and encouraging the right types of leaders. I love that I get to feel like my coworkers care about me.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people are the best part. You can tell that everyone is doing their best to be inclusive and supportive, especially as a nonbinary employee I've found that people at Certinia are respectful and kind. I'm so glad I get to work in an environment where I can be myself everyday!
