Certinia has been a great place to work. I'm simultaneously challenged on a daily basis and supported so I never feel overwhelmed. The perks, from tuition assistance for additional training and education on to stipends to enjoy our time outside of work, are expansive.

We are very productive yet always take the time to socialize during our team calls. It's a very good balance of work and play.

We are very supportive of one another. We make sure everyone is being given the assistance they need to do their job while simultaneously given the freedom to tackle responsibilities in the manner best seen fit by the individual handling the work.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I'm very well compensated for my role. I also receive many perks that add a ton of value to my daily life such as a stipend for my gym and for ergonomic enhancements to my home office. The selection of various insurance providers (medical and otherwise) is excellent.
