Very good so far.. Employee /resources churn is causing a great pain.ry Every new resource or a new manager is a steep learning curve and a lot of time being wasted in bringing them up to speed on processes

Keeps changing with all the new direction. Recent positive is bigger clients and projects with less/little chrun

Am here for more than 7 yrs and did not get much of raise. Requested to be revised multiple times
What makes you most happy at work?
For the most part every one respects time zones and priorities in work. Recently managers (customer facing) does not care about resource commitments across other projects
