What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Internal employee groups, a focus on minority employee's experiences (female, lgbtq, racial, ethnic, national). Continually striving to do better for these groups.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They provide visibility to us. They ask our opinion and take feedback into consideration. That is HIGHLY unusual for a company to care at all what their employees think or how we're affected. Here our opinions are valued.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I think we do a great job of supporting one another. If anyone needs something, there are always immediate volunteering to assist. In poor company cultures, no one volunteers to help because everyone can't wait to get away. Here, people are willing to help one another and we celebrate each other.
