What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone gets along very well. I look forward to SKO and Club and any company event where I can get together with my coworkers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Both the Compensation (OTE) is below standard for the industry. The comp plan is not very rewarding because the quotas are out of line therefore reaching the accelerators are very unlikely. Bottomline, the combination of OTE, unrealistic quotas and compensation plan, it's not financially rewarding
